COURSE DESCRIPTION

Today Cisco introduces the CCNA Collaboration certification, wherein voice and video are integrated. The CCNA Voice and CCNA Video certifications will cease to apply. It is a job-role focused program that’s ideal for network video engineers, collaboration engineers, IP telephony and IP network engineers who want to develop and advance their Cisco collaboration and video skills in line with the convergence of voice, video, data and mobile applications. Increase your professional value by gaining the skills needed to help your IT organization meet increased business demands resulting from the latest collaboration technology transitions. The CCNA Collaboration certification, like most IT certifications, demands hands-on experience if learners want to be successful not only on the exams, but perhaps more importantly, in the field as IT professionals.

Course Requirements

You must study & pass the CCNA Routing & Switching course before you can take this course. There is no official previous knowledge required for CCNA Collaboration. Cisco does however advise an amount of 1 to 3 years previous experience with working in a unified communications, voice, video and/or collaboration network environment.
